It is with deep sadness that we advise the passing of Don Stewart. He passed away overnight on Wednesday 26th June, after a long battle with illness.

Don was a very private man who declined many accolades the Club wished to bestow on him and consequently his contributions over a long period of time were probably not realised. He was a player and a long-time administrator of Rifles and a vital member of the Old Boys Association to which he was extremely dedicated. Over many years he gave countless hours of voluntary work to the Club and made many generous contributions. A true, loyal and dedicated Rifleman who will be sadly missed.Sodales Parati
